General Accessibility

  • The home has slight multiple levels with three landing levels and several steps throughout.

  • A side entrance from the brick patio offers step-free entry, while the front and back entrances require stepping onto a deck.

  • A wheelchair may struggle to navigate the home due to the steps and layout.

Parking & Entry

  • The house has a shared driveway with one neighbour, but leads into a gated driveway with a 2 car garage for parking.

  • There is no designated accessible parking space.

  • The front and back entrances require stepping onto a deck.

  • The side entrance from the brick patio provides step-free access to the home, but once inside there is a step up on the right and a step down on the left.

Interior Layout

  • The main living space is on one level, but:

    • There is one step from the main area to the entryway and bathroom.

    • Another step leads down to the den.

    • There is one step off the deck to access the outdoor space.

Bathroom Accessibility

  • The bathroom has a walk-in shower, but it requires stepping into it.

  • There is also a bathtub available outside - It's a do it yourself - Build a fire to heat.

  • The bathroom is a step down from the kitchen and bedrooms.

Other Considerations

  • Doorways and hallways may not be wide enough for wheelchair access.

  • The home is not fully wheelchair accessible due to multiple steps throughout.

  • Lighting is available throughout the house for nighttime visibility.

  • Service animals are welcome.
